Rose, Navy, and Graphite join the accent colors in this update to Trillian for Android. @mentions now show as pills with the person's name and photo, and a few of the fixes keep messages, reactions, and edits in order when they arrive out of sequence.
Three new colors
Pick Rose, Navy, or Graphite from an accent picker that now lists every color in rainbow order. Each swatch is split in two, so you can see its light and dark versions before you choose. Teal fans, don't panic: it's still there, now called Mint.
@mentions you can tap
An @mention shows the person's name and photo in a pill. Tap it and you get the same member card you'd see from a channel's member list, which is also new in this build.
And a few smaller changes
GIFs wait beside photos
Photos you send now animate into the chat, and a GIF you pick waits next to your photos as a small, playing thumbnail until you send. Image clusters have Forward All and Share All. Edits Pro made within 30 seconds of sending skip the (Edited) label.
Notifications keep up with changes, too. If someone edits Pro a message you haven't read, its notification updates, and if they delete it, the notification goes away. Contacts linked to your phone book use its name and photo everywhere in the app, and sign-in errors are clearer, in a popup that includes the new "too many devices" message.
A few of the 20 fixes deal with things that arrived out of order. Messages no longer swap places when one comes in while you're sending, and a reaction Pro, an edit Pro, or a delete that shows up before its message now waits for it instead of getting lost.
