Audit logs in Trillian Server

Trillian Server now has audit logs of who changed what, in the main window and on each user's and channel's page. The update also adds four policies for the desktop apps, covering notifications, sounds, badge color, and minimized chat windows. Chat history is split into private conversations and channels, each sorted by newest activity.
