Link previews that wait for a click, by customer request

A customer didn't want GIFs playing for everyone in an in-person meeting, so Trillian 6.6 for Windows now gives link previews three choices. With Click to show previews, pictures, GIFs, and YouTube videos wait as a labeled box until you click, then hide again once you scroll past. Photos and files people send now show even with previews off.
