Both headline features in this Trillian for Windows update started as customer requests. A temporary status can now clear at the hour you choose, and pictures can sit inside your message text again. You can also attach several pictures at once and send a batch of files as a single zip, and there are 35 fixes.
Pick when your status clears
When you set a status to clear tomorrow or next week, Trillian clears it in the morning, and until now that always meant 8 AM. In Settings, under Status, the new Default time to clear a temporary status setting lets you pick the hour. If your day starts at 9, your "back tomorrow" can stay up until you're actually back.
Pictures back in your text
In the text or attached
The May 26 update gave the pictures you attach their own area apart from your text, which kept them at the end of your message. Now you can have it either way: put a picture wherever you're typing, with words before, between, and after it, or keep your pictures together as attachments. A switch on the attachments flips between the two, and the same choice is in Settings under Chat Windows.
Drop several picturesMany files, one zip
Drop or insert several pictures at once and they all attach to your message. Send several files or folders together and they go out as one zip file.
Also new
View day as text, which opens a day's messages as a text file, now works when your chat history is kept in the cloud Pro. Adding or removing a reaction Pro plays a sound, and one setting covers both. The English autocorrect rules are updated as well.
The 35 fixes include a better fallback for files: when a file you drag into a private chat can't be uploaded, it goes straight to the other person instead of failing. Some messages that couldn't be deleted now can be, and undo in the message box brings your text back. Autocorrect works in languages other than English, and regional languages such as British English get spell checked.
