Your company may have chosen to manage your email address for you. If so, you will not have the ability to change your email address.

Email address

Your Trillian email address is how Cerulean Studios communicates important service announcements to you, and is also your primary means of recovering a forgotten password. It is therefore important to keep your email address accurate!

Changing your email address

1. Click the Trillian button in the upper left of your contact list and click Settings:
   
2. Your Trillian Account settings should be selected. Click the Change button next to your email address:
   
3. Type and confirm your new email address.
4. Click Apply.
