| Remember that Trillian desktop clients can also archive chat history locally, and these instructions only cover the deletion of chat history on the Trillian Server itself! You should disable desktop client local chat history archiving if you'd prefer the server be the authoritative entity for chat history storage! |
Deleting user chat history
- From Users and Groups, double click the user whose chat history you wish to delete.
- Click Chat History. A list of all conversations stored on behalf of this user will be visible. Click Tasks > Delete All Chat History to delete every conversation for this user:
- Or double click the specific conversation you wish to delete. Click Tasks > Delete All to delete the entire conversation or right click an individual message and click delete to delete it:
